Competition: Cherry blossom
In conjuction with the Cherry blossom festival season in Japan We’re giving away 2, 3 course sushi meals for 2 people.
All you have to do is just answer the following question:
What is the national flower of Japan ?
You could win:
Starter:
Mixed sashimi – 2 freshly shucked oysters, pieces of tuna and salmon, slices of seabass and scallops.
Main course:
6 hosomaki – 3 cucumber, 3 salmon
4 nigiri – 2 king prawn, 2 tuna
2 termaki – 2 crab & omelet
2 gunkan – 2 lobster
1 cucumber & wakame salad
Dessert:
2 fresh seasonal fruit, drizzled with a wasabi and passion fruit syrup.
