And what’s more if you thought that in Jersey the only sushi available was the small bento boxes you can buy at lunchtime in various coffee shops then you’d also be wrong.

Gallery was already a big fan of sushi, so we were stoked when Jersey Sushi offered us a delicious spread of sashimi, nigiri, hoso, futo and temaki rolls with moreish edamame beans on Saturday night to accompany our night in watching Finnish rockers Lordi win the Eurovision song contest. We didn’t have to worry about all the bits you need – chop sticks, wasabi, soy sauce or ginger were all included. Well recommended.
