Bringing fresh sushi to Jersey
When we arrived back in Jersey after travelling the far east we missed the availability of freshly prepared sushi and sashimi that was made to order.
So what did we do about it? ...We created Jersey Sushi!
We have gathered an experienced and dedicated team of chefs who have developed a menu taking full advantage of the finest produce available from our island and it’s surrounding seas.
Our suppliers are extremely important to us so we can guarantee the quality of your sushi. We get our fish direct from the local harbour to guarantee its freshness everyday. We also use fruit and vegetables that are hand picked from Jersey’s local market shops.
We import all of our Japanese produce from the leading and most reputable Japanese wholesaler in London, whose customers include Harrods and YO! Sushi.
